"I have so much love for this amazing sport and gave my all to the sport up until I retired from full time training and international competition at the age of 33. It was more than just a sport to me. I pushed and challenged myself so much through the years which helped me to develop as a person whilst travelling the world doing something I loved".

Elizabeth now spends a lot of her time coaching others so that she can pass on the vast knowledge that she has gained of the sport. She has coached people from the ages of 5 to 70 years old and from beginner level to more experienced competitive players as well as some of the junior England team players.
